At PLC2PAC, we aim to provide transparent and efficient shipping services to our valued customers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how we manage shipping and delivery:

Free Shipping Conditions

We offer free shipping within a 50 km radius of our head office and factory (2 Arvona Ave, Sunshine North VIC 3020) for orders that meet one of the following criteria:

• Minimum Order Value: Your order must have a total value of $1,200 (including GST) or more.
• Minimum Order Quantity: Your order must be at least 15 square meters.

Please note that shipping charges apply for orders outside the 50 km radius or for orders that do not meet the minimum order value or quantity requirements.

Pickup Option

Customers have the option to arrange for pickup from our head office. This can be a convenient option for local orders that do not meet the free shipping conditions or for those preferring to collect their goods personally. Please contact us to schedule your pickup.

Shipping Fee Calculation

If your order does not meet the criteria above, a shipping fee will apply. The fee will be calculated based on your order size, location, and weight, and we will provide a detailed quote before finalising your order. This ensures there are no hidden costs.

Handling and Packaging

All orders are securely packed to ensure safe transit. For larger or fragile items, special packaging may be required, and additional handling fees may apply. We will inform you of any such charges before dispatching your order.

Delivery Timeframe

We strive to deliver orders within 5-7 business days for locations within the free shipping radius. However, shipping times may vary depending on the size of the order, shipping method, and delivery location. Orders outside this radius will take additional time and will be communicated based on the shipping method chosen.

Shipping Dates and Communication

For your convenience, we offer Shipping Date for your orders, ensuring that you can arrange receipt of delivery on site. Should any delays occur, our team will promptly inform you and provide alternative solutions if necessary.

Cancellation and Returns

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is confirmed and production has started, any changes will result in additional charges. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or changes will not be possible. In the event of damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for returns or exchanges.
